The breakfast had a huge variety of options, pancakes and hot waffles. The extremely friendly and efficient staff gave good recommendations. I stayed here for a vacation and will be back.

This property was just what we needed.

The stay was absolutely real good. The food for breakfast was outstanding, we got pancakes and hot waffles. The room was well-kept and nicely decorated with sea views. Scorpion's Temple ruins was close to the hotel, appreciated its location to whatelse is available in the area.

The hotel was in a central setting on the east coast in the states. I visited Santos Mariscos, based close to the property, had dinner there.

A nice size rooms, spectacular view of the blue ocean. Smooth check-in and late check-out, parking on-site.

Not very friendly staff!

The location was good - just 5 minutes' walk from Scorpion's Temple ruins. Further, it was just off main boulevard and across of the Isla, a supermarket and Easy to get to with " The One tour " from the airport. We had a stocked villa facing the sea.

The location was particularly good and magnificent in the beach area. Everything was nice and within 26 minutes' drive of Cancun airport.

Our stay at the resort was beyond our expectations. We got great value for our money with a spacious, comfortable room overlooking the sea and mayan ruins. The location was perfect, right across from a shopping center, and the staff treated us like VIPs, always friendly and willing to help.

Breakfast choices could be improved, but it wasn't a big issue for us.

That was what I call lovely base for long stay. The personnel was competent offered me a brand-new and nicely decorated room with weights, kitchen plus balcony.

Lovely pool area. Nice room with laundry facilities & kitchenette. Room was very comfortable.

Room service food was obismal. Go out and eat somewhere else.

The room service closes at 11 pm. An electric razor disappeared from the room. The air conditioning in the room did not work well, we slept with the door open to the living-dining room. They did not pick up dirty breakfast plates (room service)

During my stay at this resort, I had a fantastic experience. The location of the resort was perfect, as it was near a shopping area with many restaurants. The beach was breathtaking, and I enjoyed relaxing on a beach chair right next to the ocean. The resort had multiple pools, all of which were spacious and not crowded. The room I stayed in had all the necessary amenities, such as a stove, washing and drying machine, microwave, and blender. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with a bathtub. the facilities and room were top-notch.

I did encounter one negative aspect during my stay. The check-in time of 16:00 was quite late, and the check-out time of 10:00 was too early.

Clean hotel with very amiable employees with staff members who were obviously incompetent. Lots of options for breakfast, outstanding pancakes and hot waffles. Beautiful building, perfect and magnificent location right by main boulevard, and all the fabulous restaurants Cancun has to offer.
